Restaurants in Costa Teguise
Restaurants, cafes and bars in Costa Teguise, Lanzarote, cater for all tastes and there are plenty to choose from. There are a number of restaurants that serve traditional Canarian dishes and extremely fresh fish cooked in numerous different ways. Seafood is also a popular choice in Lanzarote, but don’t worry if you’re not a seafood lover, there are plenty of other options. If you fancy something a bit more exotic there are plenty of restaurants that serve Thai. Chinese, Italian and Indian food. And for the homesick English food is available in many restaurants, bars and cafes as well as other international dishes.
Night Life in Costa Teguise
The nightlife in Costa Teguise is not as lively as Puerto del Carmen but there are plenty of bars and pubs where you can enjoy drinks and live entertainment in a fun atmosphere. The resort does have a nightclub and disco for those that like to dance until dawn but generally a lot of the nighttime entertainment is provided by the many hotels that have their own bars and animation teams and sometimes their own discos.
Activities in Costa Teguise
There are plenty of things to do and see, in and around Costa Teguise for people of all ages. First on most tourists lists is a trip to the sandy beaches where you can bask in the sun or try out some of the exhilarating water sports on offer such as jet skiing, parasailing and banana boat rides. Snorkelling and Scuba diving classes can also be organised at the beach. Just outside of Costa Teguise there is a brilliant 18-hole golf course and a large water park that people of all ages will enjoy. If you don’t mind travelling even further out of the resort then the Timanfaya National Park is a great day out with spectacular scenery and camel rides to the summit. A visit to the islands ancient capital Arrecife is also another fantastic day out.
