Night Life in Maspalomas
Nightlife in Maspalomas is lively and sophisticated, offering a different scene to Playa del Ingles. There is an abundance of Jazz bars, karaoke bars, live bands and salsa clubs. Most people tend to have a short sleep in the afternoon so that they are ready to dance until the sun rises. The nightclubs don’t really start getting lively until after midnight and do offer free entry, although drinks can be quite expensive. If you’re looking for a really lively night out on the town then head to nearby Playa del Ingles where the parties don’t stop until the sun rises!
Activities in Maspalomas
Of course a visit to Maspalomas will not be complete without spending some time on the beautiful beach and exploring the amazing sand dunes on a camel ride. Please note that the eastern end of the beach is a nudist area. The coastline from Maspalomas stretches all the way to Playa del Ingles and makes a fantastic walk for the more energetic. Both children and adults will have a great time at the various theme parks that are located close by to the resort. Sioux City is a Wild West themed town where many films have been made and is home to rollercoaster’s and a sea lion show. If you fancy a day out at a water park then head to Ocean Park where you will find a fantastic variety of fun water chutes and rides.With so much on offer, Maspalomas is the perfect holiday base for those looking for a holiday in Gran Canaria.
