Restaurants
Calas de Mallorca has a number of restaurants providing a range of food from international cuisine to traditional local dishes. Fish plays a large part in traditonal Majorcan menus and is always fresh and excellently cooked. Tapas are a good way to sample local food as a variety of dishes are served in small portions, ideal as a first course or to fill the sometimes lengthy gap between lunch and dinner. The restaurants and cafes offer very competitive prices and you will bea ble to find somewhere nice to eat no matter what your budget is.
Night Life
The evening entertainment is usually based around the hotels in house animation teams and bars. There are a few bars and discos in town but as this is a relitively peaceful resort they do not stay open late.
Activities
Cala de mallorca is the perfect place for a beach holiday and soaking up the sun. Watersports such as snorkelling, jet skiing, parasiling and banana boat rides are available. Most hotels also have plenty of leisure facilities such as tennis courts and table tennis fot guests to enjoy. If you are an active person there are a lot of mountain hiking excursions available through tourguides locally.
