You can also go on excursions to the nearby villages of Cala Figuera, Puerto Petro, Sa Colonia de Sant Jordi or the isle of Cabrera. Cala d'Or has seven beaches, of which the biggest and most popular is Cala Gran, all with fine white sand and clear shallow water.
